Mrs. Tutthill’s PE Lessons 



Please complete 12 days of exercise that can include running, walking, hiking, yoga, playing a sport, biking, etc.  You will write this down in your journal in two or more sentences with the date, description of the activity, and your parent initials.  You will also have 3 extra work-outs to complete that are listed below.  Please write those in your journal with your time finished, date completed, and parent initials.  Have fun with your exercises and be creative.  Video games do not count!  This will all be due upon return to school. 



Week of 3/16 – 3/20100  sit-ups 


Week of 3/23 – 3/2750 Burpees 


Week of 3/30 – 4/3100 lunges, 50 push-ups 



Please make sure to record everything clearly and accurately in your PE journal.  If you have lost your journal, please keep record on a separate piece of paper. You’ve got this!!
