    1. Why do you think the Founding Fathers made it so difficult to amend the Constitution?
    2. What is a preamble?
    3. How did George Mason’s experience help us get a Bill of Rights in our Constitution?
    4. Look at the first 10 amendments carefully. How is the 10th amendment different from the others? What does it guarantee?
    5. What does the “rule of law” mean in the Constitution? Why is this idea important?
